Shelle Womble, Senior Director of Private Duty Development for ResCare HomeCare, has 16 years of leadership experience in the privately-funded geriatric senior care market.  Shelle has been influential in setting care models in the industry through active leadership with associations such as the Associated Home Health Industry of Florida and the Florida State Guardianship Association. She holds a BS/BA in Human Resource Management from Southeast Missouri State University.
