Since its purchase byResCare Inc.earlier this year,Kelly Home Care Servicesin San Antonio has undergone a number of changes including coming under new management and moving into new office space.

It will soon take on the new name as well, but for now it is keeping its old moniker as it continues to transition into the new management structure.
"Kelly Home Care has an excellent reputation in the industry and we only mean to improve on that," says Michael Wallace, the new executive director. “Our goal is to tailor a home care plan for each of our clients based on their unique needs.”
Wallace took over as executive director of Kelly Home Care Services in San Antonio in May, shortly after ResCare (NASDAQ: RSCR) completed its acquisition of the parent company Kelly Services Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA)(NASDAQ: KELYB). Wallace had worked for 12 years prior to that with Educare in San Antonio, which was also purchased by ResCare. Educare provides educational assistance to people with mental disabilities.
