Medication Reminders

Taking the right medication, in the correct dose and on time, is an important part of your overall healthcare management. ResCare HomeCare offers medication reminders at various levels to assist you with your medications. Depending upon the state, branch, and individual providing the service, medication reminders can cover a spectrum of services, from assisted self-administration, to setup of medications for self or family administration, to actual administration of medications.

In some cases, medication must be packaged by a pharmacist or prepared by a Registered Professional Nurse. Check with your local ResCare HomeCare branch for more details. 

Medication reminders may be provided as a stand-alone service or in conjunction with homemaking, companion, and/or personal care and support services. Additional services can be provided as needed.  

ResCare HomeCare's caregivers are trained in accordance with state licensing rules and regulations, undergo criminal background checks, have provided satisfactory references prior to employment, and are fully insured.

Depending upon your needs, ResCare HomeCare can provide medication reminder services on a regularly scheduled or an as-needed basis. Visit minimums vary by location.
