Post-hospitalization Care and Support after General Surgery
Post-hospitalization care is provided by private-duty nurses who are Registered Professional Nurses or Certified Nurse Aides. These professionals are contracted to provide one-on-one nursing care, generally for a short period of time, after a patient is discharged from the hospital.
ResCare HomeCare nurses are trained in accordance with state licensing rules and regulations, undergo criminal background checks, have provided satisfactory references prior to employment, and are fully insured.
