Transportation and Accompaniment

Within our service area, ResCare HomeCare provides caregiver-drivers to transport or accompany clients to non-emergency medical appointments, shopping or other errands, social and recreational events, and so forth. For more active seniors who do not want to leave their cars parked in parking garages while traveling, our caregiver-drivers can provide pick-up and drop-off services to and from the airport, train, or bus terminal. Our drivers use client-owned and insured vehicles. Proof of registration and insurance is required.

Our ResCare HomeCare caregiver-drivers are trained in accordance with state licensing rules and regulations, undergo criminal background checks, have provided satisfactory references prior to employment, and are fully insured.

Depending upon your needs, ResCare HomeCare can provide transportation and accompaniment services on a daily, weekly, or as-needed basis. Visit minimums vary by branch. Contact the branch office near you for more information about transportation and accompaniment services available in your area.
